The body has an electrical charge, similar to the plants (see conductivity tester), where the range is 200-1000, the closer to 1000 is more healthy the plant is. Wounds in diabetics that will not heal, can be healed by the body by applying a high-voltage galvanic pulsed stimulator to the site for a minute. The charge on that local site was low, and the 9 volt device increased the charge, permitting the site to heal normally. Local charges are effected by nutrients in the correct range.
Plants also are effected by their microbes, which they also feed via the photosynthesis production of sugar. The plants send from 30-70% of their total sugar production down to their roots in order to feed these microbes. Which in turn modify the soil to hold more water, and to process various metals to be useful to the plant.
Insects will not eat the parts of plants, that have a brix score above 12. Health therefore is related to the total sugar production via photosynthesis (which is the production of glucose for use inside the plant).
Humans are vulnerable if they have low 'scores' in various nutrients as well as localized conductivity. Which is why some people get 'sick' and others do not, even in the same living spaces.
What are some other factors which lowers a persons' resilience? Salt, oil, sugar, white rice, white flour, metals and chemicals. These are the poisons we often permit inside our bodies. We can counter this by eating organic, whole foods, processed in our homes, with limited oils - best if it is 100% plant based.
What are some of your hypotheses now? What do you think could have caused Erica's lack of resistance and what do you think could have enhanced it either before or after the infection?
I have come to view the living body as an energetic system. Illness results from imbalances in energy dynamics that underlie and produce the molecular abnormalities that conventional medicine identifies as disease. The best treatment corrects such imbalances and therefore can prevent as well as treat illness. So the answer for future Ericas would be holistic energy medicine—homeopathy (documented to have been dramatically effective in past epidemics of typhoid, cholera, scarlet fever, and influenza), Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, or some as-yet-unknown and possibly superior discipline still to be invented.
I wrote a dissertation on Biofield Tuning which fits bill. Have also had many sessions of Emotion Code/Body Code therapy. What do you think about the role of environment and lifestyle? I'd say it seems clear that you can manipulate and balance the energy systems of the body with needles, herbs, intention and laying on of hands, but if a person keeps doing certain things, being in toxic relationships, abusing drugs and alcohol, exposing themselves to toxins, eating poorly, etc. the energy will become imbalanced and need rebalanced again and again. UNLESS doing so opens them up to a different level of consciousness wherby they begin to attract different circumstances and make different choices. Which does sometimes happen, especially when the energy therapy is trauma resolution-based.
Unfortunately, when we cure an infection with poisons, we elevate the concept of infectious agent cause. On the other hand, if we prevent an infection by improving specific or general healthiness, nobody notices and if we cure an infection by improving healthiness, well "correlation is not causation." Cured by improving healthiness is not medically defined, therefore not scientifically provable.
I totally concur sir ...
Wonderful article !
Always instructive articles. It's never too late to learn. Read everything.
Seems to me finding the root cause is the key to finding the right solution and answers.
Thanks for another helpful article to keep us thinking.
Good story.
contagion has been refuted in numerous studies.
